36 Lishui Zone Enterprises Upgraded to Designated Size (2019)

The upgrade to designated-size status has brought not only the "transformation" of individual enterprises to Lishui Economic and Technological Development Zone. The latest data shows that in 2019, through early-year visits and surveys, monthly follow-ups, dynamic monitoring, echelon cultivation and the forced rectification of "small, scattered and inefficient" enterprises, the development zone helped enterprises grow from small to large, adding 36 designated-size enterprises throughout the year, ranking first in the city in terms of total number. It is worth mentioning that at the turn of the year, despite the sudden impact of the epidemic, the 36 newly upgraded designated-size enterprises achieved an output value of 289 million yuan in January-March this year, accounting for 7.5% of the total output value of designated-size industrial enterprises.

Zhejiang Namoda Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is an enterprise capable of producing more than 2,000 varieties of disc brake pads, with its products exported to more than 60 countries and regions in the Americas, Eastern Europe, Oceania, Africa and other places. The company also achieved the upgrade to designated-size status last year. The person in charge said confidently that as a designated-size enterprise, it is necessary to make good use of the preferential policies of the government in land use and services, continue to refine products, expand the enterprise, and fully boost the "second undertaking" of the development zone.

Industrialization is the core key to realizing the modernization of a region. Without industrial modernization, there can be no economic modernization of a region. It is understood that since the beginning of this year, the development zone has continued to increase policy efforts, and through deepening the "Three Services" initiative, it has guided eligible industrial enterprises to be upgraded to designated-size status as soon as possible, so as to become the primary force in the "second undertaking" in accordance with the requirements of "taking the lead, holding the red flag and being the first".
