Lanzhou High Valve Leads 4 National Valve Standards Release
Recently, four key valve technical standards formulated and revised under the leadership of Lanzhou High Pressure Valve Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Lanzhou High Pressure Valve) have been officially approved and issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China. This fully demonstrates the leap in independent innovation capability of China's high-end valve sector, and injects strong impetus into the localization process of core industrial equipment such as hydrogenation and refining & chemical engineering.
JB/T 11484-2025 Technical Specification for Valves Used in High-pressure Hydrogenation Units provides authoritative manufacturing guidelines for high-pressure, hydrogen service and sulfide stress corrosion cracking (SSCC) resistant valves, serving as the safety cornerstone for the clean energy transition.
JB/T 15215-2025 Valves for High-temperature Wear-resistant Slurry Pumps in Refining & Chemical Engineering addresses the industry challenges of short service life and low reliability of valves under high-temperature and high-wear working conditions, ensuring the long-cycle safe operation of equipment.
JB/T 1308.1-2025 and JB/T 1308.2-2025 PN2500 Ultra-high Pressure Valves and Fittings fill the gap in the refinement and standardization of ultra-high pressure valves, providing reliable "control units" for cutting-edge fields such as chemical engineering and materials science.
It is particularly worth mentioning that the JB/T 11484-2025 standard is a revised and upgraded version of JB/T 11484-2013, with Lanzhou High Pressure Valve as the lead drafter. As early as 2013, Lanzhou High Pressure Valve took the lead as the first author to formulate JB/T11484-2013, the world's first professional standard for high-pressure hydrogenation valves in the valve industry, pioneering a new path for the sector. After 11 years of successful implementation of this standard, the company once again led this revision as the first author. This revision has significantly improved the scientificity and rigor of the standard, providing safer and more reliable technical support for China's modern energy and chemical equipment, and will effectively promote the standardization and quality improvement of domestic high-end valves in design, materials, manufacturing and testing.
