Project Construction Overview

Project Name: Annual Output of 3,000 Tons of Valves Project of Lishui Hongyu Valve Co., Ltd.

Construction Site: Building 15, Zone 15, Wanyang Mass Innovation City, Bihu Town, Liandu District, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province

Construction Unit: Lishui Hongyu Valve Co., Ltd.

Nature: New Construction

Investment: 10.65 Million Yuan

Scale: The project will lease a single-story factory building from Lishui Chengchuang Valve Co., Ltd. (with a leased area of approximately 3,903 m²). It plans to purchase equipment such as machining centers, CNC lathes and spray painting production lines to implement the project with an annual output of 3,000 tons of valves.

Public Participation: None

Commitment on Relevant Environmental Protection Measures: The construction unit commits to carry out project construction in accordance with the relevant requirements proposed in the environmental impact assessment, and ensure the implementation of various pollution prevention and control as well as ecological restoration measures.

Major Environmental Impacts and Countermeasures for Preventing or Mitigating Adverse Environmental Impacts:

Atmospheric Environment: Strengthen ventilation in the workshop and conduct timely cleaning after dust sedimentation. The collected waste gas shall be treated by water curtain dust removal and then discharged at high altitude through an exhaust stack (DA002) with a height of not less than 15 meters.

Water Pollutants: The production wastewater of the project shall be treated by oil separation and regulation + chemical precipitation + coagulation sedimentation (self-built in the factory area), and then discharged into the pipeline together with the domestic sewage treated by the septic tank.

Noise: 1. In the design, equipment with high processing precision and low operating noise shall be selected as far as possible.

2. During installation, vibration reduction and noise elimination measures must be taken for various production equipment, especially high-noise equipment.

3. The construction unit shall strengthen the daily inspection and maintenance of equipment to ensure the normal operation of equipment and avoid abnormal noise caused by equipment failure. Solid Waste: Entrust units with hazardous waste disposal qualifications for treatment.
